HISTORY & MISSION

Started in 2010 following formal inaugration by the then honorable minister for health, Kerala state, Smt. Srimathi teacher, the contribution to womens' health care by the institution has been exemplary. Started by Dr KP Shyamala mukundan and Dr M Mukundan nambiar, the institution has been named after Dr Shyamalas mother late Dr KP Meenakshiamma.
