HISTORY & MISSION

Started in 2010 following formal inaugration by the then honorable minister for health, Kerala state, Smt. Srimathi teacher, the contribution to public health care by the institution has been exemplary. Started by Dr Shyamala mukundan and Dr Mukundan nambiar, the institution has been named after Dr Shyamalas mother late Dr Meenakshiamma, one of the first doctors in this area. This institution is a proud provider of training to many under graduates in medicine and nursing.
